Universities conducts hundreds of examinations for various courses throughout the year. For these examinations, multiple teachers from each subject/course prepare question papers. Managing manuscripts of question papers consumes lot of time and efforts. Further, storage of manuscript and maintaining confidentiality of question paper is becoming very challenging.
Based on the recommendations of the Government of Maharashtra’s committee for reforms in examination using IT, it is now imperative to make best use of information technology in the examination.
Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL) developed a unique solution for question bank repository and question paper creation. Using this framework university can create subject-wise question bank and based on the question paper template system can automatically generate question paper.
Additionally, this system can be seamlessly integrated with MKCL’s Digital Framework (DU) and Secure Remote Paper Delivery (SRPD) framework.
